Set in one of Blenheim’s newest residential developments, this G.J. Gardner showhome was designed to inspire. As a new build, the brief was to create a welcoming, on-trend interior that would appeal to a wide range of homeowners — all while showcasing what’s possible with thoughtful, well-executed design. We worked closely with the G.J. Gardner team to ensure each space felt considered and cohesive. The interior palette balances warmth and neutrality, allowing architectural features and textures to shine. From furniture and lighting to artwork and soft furnishings, every element was chosen to reflect comfort, liveability, and timeless appeal. This project highlights our ability to elevate a blank canvas into a home that feels lived-in, aspirational, and market-ready — with just the right amount of personality.
