Shipping policies

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Cinnamon House Design. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Items will be individually priced for shipping costs as the size and weight of the products we offer can greatly vary. We offer standard shipping. Allow 7-10 working days for you package to arrive.


Shipment to P.O boxes and NZ addresses

Cinnamon House only offers delivery to addresses within New Zealand. Must be a physical address not a P.O box.


Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.



Cinnamon House is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.


International shipping policy

We currently do not ship outside of New Zealand.


Returns policy
